Company Philosophy and History

Fisher Real Estate Advisors was created to serve the real estate needs of a select clientele. We have the unique position of expertise in property management, sales, complex exchange transactions and commercial tenant representation. Our business model starts with providing outstanding customer service to our clients, property owners and our tenants and the growth of our business is primarily generated through existing clients.

The company was founded by Edward A. Fisher. Mr. Fisher has an extensive real estate background with 24 years of experience, including 8 years as an Asset Manager with Catellus Development Corporation (now ProLogis) one of the largest real estate companies in the country. Mr. Fisher also held the position of Property Manager with Southern Pacific Railroad for 4 years. He has served as an expert witness for legal counsel on real estate matters; he was also a member of a Bureau of Land Management Land Use committee from 1995-1997.
Prior to forming Fisher Real Estate Advisors, Mr. Fisher served as General Manager and Broker for Dave Stubbs Real Estate of Solana Beach.

All property managers are licensed Realtors and we are members of the following trade organizations:

  • The Institute of Real Estate Management
  • National Association of Residential Property Managers

We are affiliated with Kimball, Tirey and St. John for legal updates and training seminars.
